Train the Consultant / Train the Trainer

Potential provides training for organisations wanting to develop in-house skills. Train the consultant follows the above apprenticeship programme while train the trainer is more specifically linked to products such as The Star Negotiator and Professional Relationship Selling. Train the trainer programmes follow a five step process:

  1. Attend the course as a participant


  2. Attend the course as an observer with insights provided by the trainer


  3. Attend the train the trainer course learning how to deliver the course in question


  4. Co-train with a master trainer until such time as you are deemed ready to go it alone


  5. Enjoy an annual assessment to further refine your skills and learn the latest applications and methodologies and maintain your accreditation.
