Train the trainer is a four-step process and lasts as long as it takes to ensure success.
Step 1 is to experience our end user workshops as a participant either inside your organisation or inside another of our client organisations
Step 2 is to attend the relevant train the trainer module for our workshop that you want to present. It is best to attend all modules (e,g, the whole week) but some trainers like to pick and choose modules based on their need and availability.
Step 3 is to co-train our end user workshops with us inside your organisation or another of our client organisations
Step 4 is to lead your own end user workshops using our materials inside your organisation with us touching base periodically to ensure quality control

We only train trainers inside large organisations where we are already working. We do not provide train the trainer workshops to independent trainers, consultants, or coaches.
