Dialogue Workshops

Specific Help For Your Personal Scenario

What is it?

Our award winning Star Negotiator Workshop©, experienced by thousands of executives in >600 of the world’s leading organisations, in >60 countries worldwide, is now an online clinic available in your time zone and budget.

When you visit a Doctor’s clinic, you don’t want medical theory or feedback on other people’s ailments (typical of case based courses), you want specific help for your personal scenario.  That is what you get in our Potential Workshop

Disruption @work, @home, and @large in your communities means managing change has never been more complicated.  We direct a lifetime of tools, tactics, and experience to help you and your team succeed.

How Does it Work?

Email Peter.Nixon@PotentialDialogue.com explaining your goals and objectives (for you, your team, staff, members, students), and how much time and money you can afford to invest (compared to what failure might cost you).

After we agree our intervention, you can send your Zoom link to your participants together with our pre-clinic questionnaire.

Then we design our intervention, log on, and help you succeed.

As easy as that 😊.

These are brilliant skills to help you negotiate tough issues, manage change and lead people.  The work that Peter Nixon has done with this is superb.  Take some time out of your day and check this out.
— David Thomas, Managing Partner, Profound Knowledge Partners Asia
When I studied MBA, I also took a negotiation class…There were too many theories taught…but we were not taught how to relate such theories into our daily life…I am really impressed and amazed by the quality of this negotiation course…very interactive, engaging and at the same time very practical.  I do believe this course helps sharpen my communication and decision-making skills.
— Wing Laam Chung, Senior Public Servant, Hong Kong
I feel like the course was made for me in my current career point where I had to have some serious negotiations with my management on my development path…I have used the 8 steps tactics and got the most out of my negotiation.
— Phalleaphy Oun, Operations Manager, LT Labs Limited
There were so many things I have learned from this course…push for results as well by focusing on my aspiration point as well as being persistent with reasons.  I am very grateful for this   wonderful and practical course. It is definitely priceless. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience with us.
— Piya Wongtanaponlert, CEO, Clear Design Builder
The workshop was full of relevant material that I can apply in my professional or personal life.  I wish it was longer.  [Peter is] knowledgeable and was really interesting. The examples he used in class to demonstrate his theory were “attention-catching” and kept the audience intrigued and wanting to hear more.  I really enjoyed this workshop.
— Procurement Executive, ICAO North America
Peter is highly engaging, and this workshop has been greatly effective in expanding my knowledge of the different tools at our disposal to successfully engage in negotiations or difficult dialogues.
